Some 19" units will not fit

Overall I am happy with this carriage. Sturdily built, easy to assembly and very reasonably priced. One thing I found to be a problem, is that the upper and lower frames are both too narrow to house some 19" units, two examples are my Samson patch bay and Adam Hall 87471 19" Power Strip. The inner width of the frames is 44.1 cm. The two metal pieces with screw holes in each side of the frames both have about 3mm excess width that is totally unnecessary and makes the mounting of the above-mentioned units impossible the way it was intended. I understand that you get what you pay for, but this is just sloppy design. I have solved the issue by mounting the rack units on the back of the frames, which looks less than pretty and makes the units slightly less accessible.
