Very Nice Indeed...

Was actually thinking of the RE 201 when I got this pedal, back in the 70's that was it, yeah ok Echoplex was in it too...

So here I am "old school", an just got me a new fandangled digital pedal, and just look at, and hear All the stuff it can do, "Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore"...

This thing is "killer"... does everything the RE 201 could and so much more, in spades, even down to the "old, used tape" simulation, and when you add the flavor of modulation of your choice, WOW, some stuff goin' on there!

Just being able to choose between quarter, eighth, and sixteenth notes with a little switch is just so cool... I haven't really gotten "deep" with it as I'm putting together a pedalboard (Source Audio, and Carl Martin being the midi and switching control), and when I've made all the cables, got it all tied down, I'll be getting all kinds of up close and dirty with all my pedals, even though this one is like 3-4 pedals in one, it's still having "top billing" in the chain, and because of the midi and switching I can really use all of it's facilities, and use way so much more, than the 8 presets that are built in (accessablity to the extra 4 through the Neuro App).

So do not be afraid of the Nemisis, embrace it, love it, weave it into your rig, and just dig what it can do for you too... :))

Fantastic "super delay" pedal

This pedal can do EVERYTHING! Not only does it come with 12 different delay engines, which all sounds great, but in addition all it's features are extremely well thought through. For example, it has a great editor - both for mobile devices and desktop. It automatically configures itself to mono/stereo operation based on which jacks are inserted. It has full midi support, tap tempo with the subdivisions you want (and a way to configure secondary delay taps subdivisions). Presets available from the hardware. If you go into the editor software the degree to which this pedal can be customized is utterly mindblowing.

It's also very small, which I consider a plus. Reasonably priced as well, compared to the competition.

The only slightly negative thing I can think of is the quality of the delay engine selection knob, which seems a bit fragile if you take the pedal on the road on a board.

Let me introduce myself: I am a delay freak.

During the years, both for live and studio applications, I?ve been trying all sorts of delay pedals, racks, multieffects and emulations as from the mid 80?s. From the analog to digital, from the standard to the obscure, for the boutique to the popular units.

At present, I do own 14 delay pedals, 7 dedicated delay rack units, 9 high range multieffects with delay and many digital emulations, including plug-ins.

I did not expect something that surprises me, at any price range. This little pedal did. It would cover ANY possible delay need you may have, the level of external control is insane, it looks good, it sound sick and is built like a tank. Simply fantastic.

The only (cool!) spec that disappointed me was its Android control. Even when the idea is fantastic and well executed, the touch/feel was somehow awkward and complicated to me. But you can just use the pedal from hardware with no worries, so even that is a minor con (aside from being extremely subjective as a perception).

This delay is a master of all trades and compares at par or surpasses by far all other options in the market, including some much more expensive.

Five star inspiration...

As usual the order arrived on time from Thomann. I have just recently started to buy guitar pedals, first a simple one from Mooer, then I went up one level to TC Electronics Flashback II delay.. Yes, I wanted more. This very special pedal, Nemesis, from Source Audio is pure dope. The guitar sounds (delay, reverb) that this unit is capable of are phenomenal, measuring the price. Built quality is also very good. I am not an expert in guitar pedals but I do know good sound. Nemesis does not disappoint, it delivers the quality it is meant to deliver, it makes your guitar sing with inspiration, the perfect pedal for ambient music.
