This is really a perfect solution for swapping pedals in and out of your pedalboard, and even moving them left and right a few centimeters to get the perfect placement. The rubbery thing that replaces the standard velcro is awesome for pedals with a metal casing bottom, but not so good for ones with a rubber bottom. I advise anyone to buy the additional tool for easier removal of the mount. The mount can also work for pedals that are slightly out of the dimensions that are listed.
Clever solution that avoids the use of velcro.
This specific Quick Mount Type allows also the installation of Dunlop Mini Wah on RockBoard Pedalboards by use of silicon pad and/or alternative solutions with tie raps.
This unit is ideal for nano-pedal sized units that don't yet have a specific unit for them, like the Tone-City pedals. Unfortunately the silicone sticky-pad that it comes with doesn't do a great job of holding it firmly in place, so I suggest using 3M or Thomann pedal-board tape instead.
If I'm going to be picky, I would say that these don't hold quite as tightly to the board as I might like, and have a tendency to slide around in transport a little.
