These heads are the standard as reso heads, and for a good reason. You might have any drum head your batter side, but these ones are always the ones which are used as reso heads, simply because they always work with any batter skins.

I used them on all of my toms, and I tune them a bit higher than the batter side, 'cos i like that bending note.
Would recommed to any drummer, no matter what kind of genre they play
