Poor plugs/connectors, but good, flexible cable. We change the connectors to Neutrik NC3MXX/NC3FXX in black, and discard the original plugs.
The cable seems to be good quality with a good braided screen with a relatively high cross section area. It feels nice to handle, not stiff. The robustness of the cable itself (not the plugs) seems good.
Regarding the original plugs, the cap that holds the strain relief tight and in place (i.e. working), comes loose very easily, with little force. The plugs mate up with sockets in lamps or other cable plugs in a poor way, as if its dimensions is slightly off. Not as nice to handle as the Neutrik XX-series plugs.
The cable itself seems worthy of good plugs, so for the price of this product it can make sense to buy it for the bulk cable, if you enjoy soldering plugs to cables.
