I've been searching for the ideal bass amp to use at home and have finally found it. Beneath it's striking appearance, and with 25watts, there is that vintage Orange tone. The price might be a bit high, but if home recording and daily practice is your jam, then look no further.
Back in the days I used to play on the 50w version and loved it. This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for: the classic Orange sound in a box that can fit in my bedroom and won't blow up my budget. I especially appreciate being able to set the mid frequency as it really allows you to sculpt the sound. Chromatic tuner is pretty easy to use too and the pad function comes in handy when learning a song. Some features I wish were there would be a gain knob, and small output for headphones. Other than that it does exactly the job I bought it for.
Produces a solid bass despite its size and 8" speaker.
It has a cab simulator for headphones output which is a really cool feature. And it's loud enough, I'm setting volume to 20% during home practice. Build quality is excellent.
You can get many different sounds for any genre by playing with mid frequency regulators.
Kaufempfehlung.
