The bag is indeed very well made and the leather looks feels and smells so nice. It appears that it's going to last for quite some time as it should. With the minor exception being the buckle plating which shows signs of wear from the day one, but I wouldn't dwell on that too much. The level of protection is exactly what I've hoped for considering. Your instrument ought to be safe as long as you don't sit on it or something. The suspension system is awesome! I have a few other points to discuss however (maybe someone will find them useful -- I know I would have). Listed specifications are somewhat off: the weight is in the neighbourhood of 2350g and the size is on the other hand understated. Not by that much but still not what it says. Furthermore, I have some doubts regarding ergonomics in the "backpack" mode. The strap is pretty uncomfortable due to rigidity and hardware choices, perhaps also a bit clumsy to put on. Maybe some future versions are going to have this designed better. Now for the only thing that really took me by surprise: there is NO mouthpiece holder! It isn't exactly a deal-breaker for such a nice bag at a reasonable price especially since there are viable workarounds but come on people... it isn't some random accessory it's a mouthpiece... One last DIY tip for the crafty: connecting the two leather zipper tabs makes opening and closing significantly faster. Cheers!
