Warwick S-Security Lock Set GD - Simply Solid

I purchased a nice new Minotaur FS851S Guitarstrap and decided that some strap locks would be way to fit this to my bass. I had a few occasions where on stage antics almost ended in a damage guitar when one end of the strap pops off the standard strap pins. I like the look of these as the colour perfectly matches the hardware on my bass. Fitting was relatively straight forward, however I did have to plug and re-drill the original screw holes. The original screws were much larger than the ones used to attach the S-Security Locks. A simple turn of a spanner fits the S-Security Locks to the strap. The overall setup now with the new strap feels very solid and secure.

Cons:
The supplied screws may not suit everyone.

Verdict:
I?m very pleased with my purchase, it arrived on time. No more issues of my guitar falling off the strap. A great quality product, would highly recommend this.

Great overall quality, but

you have to keep in mind that gold doesn't look exactly like on the picture, it has some more intense yellowish kinda shade. STILL it does look fantastic, but good to know if you want to particullary match it to rest of hardware pigment :)

Bought it for my acoustic guitar strap. Very nice quality for that price! Simple to use and looks very sturdy so far! Recommend definitely this brand! Cons, looks very nice and shiny gold, easy to use and like it for the quality when you touch it. Pros if you have thick strap because of the short treads you might have issues screwing the bolt when you install the locks!

Does not fit Schaller

Although they look very similar to the old Schaller straplocks, the quality is not the same at half the price. Moreover, the buttons are too thick to fit into Schaller strap locks so beware!
