Tiptop Audio Stackcable Purple 150 cm

This series of patch cables is essential for any modular synth setup. It's so useful to be able to stack them, and it gives lots of opportunities for designing sounds that would else be difficult to make with just regular patch cables.

Pros: Good quality cable that does what it's supposed to do. The connectors seem to mate well into mini-jack sockets, without any noise. Stackable. Nice that the various lengths are in different colors, makes it easy to tell them apart.

Cons: None that I can think of.

When I received my first set of TipTop stackables I was wondering why the heck the package is so heavy. I mean these are just cables right? Then when I opened the parcel and looked at them I immediately understood why.

These things are built like a tank! Very chunky in comparison to what I was using and screaming of quality. I made a decision right there to never ever buy any other brand of mono cables!

Even if you never plan to stack these cables, do yourself a favour and get them. You'll be glad you did...

These guys are always welcome in a modular setup. They do what they should: Distribute one signal to three places. The build quality is good, but not perfect though, I've seen a couple of them break at the ends of the cable jacket. Of course, these broken cables should be returned without a flinch.

This stacking patch cable is perfect for hooking up multiple patch points on modular synths, works as it should, i bought a few different sizes, and will purchase more..

It's a great sturdy cable as are all the tiptop ones, and it's really long, great for connecting together modules that are far apart on a bigger modular system. The stacking ability gets rid of the need to litter your system with mult modules and excess cables.
