Supro Amulet 1x10

Just a friendly heads up to fellow guitar players. I would not recommend buying this from Thomann. I have a faulty amplifier and the hassle of getting this fixed through thomann is not worth the few bucks you save from buying local. Status right now is that I send it in under the warranty in november 2023. Now its close to februar 2024 and the amp is not fixed yet - the service you get from Thomann is none and all you hear is that it will take up to 3-4 weeks before you get your product back.
I got it back once in december without being fixed and now as I write they have it again for the second time and it been 4-5 weeks sine they got. All in all the process has taken more than 3 months without it being resolved - my regrets is that I didn't buy local where you get better customer service or at least can show up and talk with them. My recommendations is the amp is great but NEVER buy anything from Thomann that could end up with and issue that needs repairing under the warranty.
