Nice Case !! 06.05.2020

En fantastisk guitarcase. Den er nem at håndtere, og så er det en pæn kasse. Den er hverken tung, eller upraktisk at have med at gøre. jeg er meget tilfreds med den.

It's not as good as I thought it is...

It's made extremely well, it protects guitar very good, BUT...

... there is a problem to fit a Gibson SG: the shape is made for a LTD Viper and it doen't fit a Gibson in proper way, there is a lot of space for a Gibson to move around when carried in this case and the tuners are touching the right side of case which can be dangeorous because of well known Gibson headtock design which is easy to break.

Perfect for my SG

I purchased this case alongside my use SG. The usual problem was: how to transport the guitar by mail (DHL) half across the country from the seller to my place without ending as fire wood. Especially with an SG being so touchy at the neck joint. So I sent this SKB case to the seller and he put the SG inside which then took an unmolested journey and arrived in perfect order. I must say, I was quite a bit uneasy at first, but now oh so much better! It's definitely a seiously rugged case with an SG fitting really snugly. The locks and latches are plastic for the most part, but really sturdy. So would I'd totally recommend this case especially for SG. Has been on a few gigs now as well. That's the one. Stop searching.

Barely fits an Epiphone SG Custom

It's just a bit too short for the Epiphone SG Custom I have. It' I had to squish the styrofoam padding at the top and the bottom by about an inch in total. It hasn't bounced back yet so it shouldn't put pressure on the neck.

Also in hindsight, I should've just gotten a square case. Hindsight is always 2020. Other then the fit, the case is top notch. Strong with good locks.
