The box made me think I had another guitar. I thought all my pedals would fit . But they don't. Neither do they need to. You probably don't even need a board this big to gig with. I don't either. You better have a big stage.
I got it for bedroom use or should I say jamming and recording. I have 3 delays and fuzz pedals on it for crying out loud. But the main thing is It's light weight and tough and they sale mods to centralize all the wires. I got the mod 4 which I have questions about and I contacted Rockboard. Plus they provide more than enough Velcro. I am in love with Rockboard. Even though they don't respond to my email
These pedal boards are great; they're well-made, well specified and above all great value. The build quality is very good, it easily stands up to life on the road and the ability to add modules to control TRS, XLR, MIDI ins and outs is fantastic.
Used this floor board to tidy up an expanding pedal rig and it gave me everything I was looking for.
Solid steel build with enough height and metal thickness to allow for a 16pair military grade multicore and separate single PowerCon connection to be securely mounted on the rear panel. This has made for an easy life in fast turn-arounds on stage.
Tour bag had enough room to cope with a full board of pedals, including a rather deep Axe Fx MC101 Midi controller being surface mounted in line with the rear of the board.
This will tour for the coming year and I have no doubt it will last with us for many more.
