The best gigbag for headless basses on the market

I like this gigbag a lot because of its heavy padding protection and the great zippers that holds the bag together after having a bass thrown in it. I also like the water resistant material and the locking strap system for the bass neck inside the gigbag itself.

However I give this product 4 stars, since its handle on the top is not off-center and when you are carrying the bag loaded with a headless bass inside the bag is hard on top handle and it feels awkward when you want to carry the bag by hand. The top handle should be places more off-center above the pocket compartment in order to compensate for the heavier load on the right side due to the body of the bass. On the other hand the shoulder strap is nice and solid. I use this option all the time. A great feature of this shoulder strap is that it is easy to put it on or off as desired.

I would have given 5 stars if the top handle was placed more off center to the right in order to compensate for the weight of the body.

Apart from this it is a great bag and my main reason for having this bag is its heavy duty construction and padding.

Well built gig bag

Well built gig bag, excellent materials, durable zippers, handle and strap.
A very good choice for my Steinberger XT-25 (5 strings).
I am perfectly satisfied !

Well padded, somewhat plastic quality

The Rockbag does what you expect it to do. It is a well padded bag and I wouldn't worry about using it every day to carry my Steinberger. It has a somewhat plastic finish, but I wouldn't expect it to be anything else for that price.

Delivery was in a ridiculously large box, but it arrived in good shape.

Almost perfect

This is a really nicely made bag which protects my Steinberger well during transport. The walls are thick, strong and well padded with a nice soft interior to protect the guitar.
The only problem with it is the placement of the handle which is a long way from the balance point of the guitar so that it hangs down and is quite awkward to carry.
As I don't ever carry it far though that's not a big deal.
