It’s a good quality build and i like the quick release feature.
You just have to be sure that it is seated properly on the rim, otherwise the wire might fall off during use.

I got this 6 years ago from a friend, and still sounds great. The Easy Release function is really helpful when traveling therefore it does not affect the lifespan of the drum heads. it really was an upgrade from the standard Wires that came with my Snare drum.
