It comes in a small tube dispenser along with 2 applicators sticks with tiny brushes on the end. When applying you only need a small bit for each friction area. I bought it initially for a hollow body with a bigsby and a rocking bar bridge I used it right where the string meets each groove on the bridge as well as in each nut slot. Even though this guitar has a plastic nut which I am planning to change to a graph tech one I will still use the product on the new nut as well. So far I am happy with it as it seems to reduce binding in each place. The product has enough viscosity to stay in place where you apply it. I also own 4 telecasters all with 6 saddles bridges, one of them had a problem snapping strings which turned out to be worn chrome over the brass saddle, after polishing and using the Lubricant it seems to have removed that problem as well but time will tell. I will update this review on my next string change to report if it did the job it was made for. I will be using the lubricant on all my guitars. The only criticism I have is the picture makes it look like you are getting more than you do however as only a tiny amount is needed for each use so I am sure this product will last me a few years. Again time will tell if the lubricant stains the metal parts in the future as the manufacturer claims it will not, and I will also update this review if I do notice it down the road. I should imagine it would be great with the les paul style guitar bridge but I cant say for sure as I dont own one. To summerise it is a good product and not too expensive I will buy again when it eventually runs out.
I've used many lubricants (and a pencil) but all of them are either harder to apply or more expensive than this. I'll buy this again once I run out, but I don't expect that to happen in a while!
