Lack of support and licensing issues

Sound quality and flexibility fine. Many possibilities so not for a user who wants simplicity. I bought it to explore multiband compression.

However, after a non-deferrable Windows upgrade the software will not recognize licensing on iLok and McDSP enclose a document that is basically a disclaimer saying that they don't support licensing problems. They will take your money, but won't support a faulty product. This of course is unacceptable and after spending hours I left the plugin alone and concluded that the money is lost and going forward McDSP will not be found in my plugin folder and anything using iLok licensing should be considered cautiously because of the risk and wasted time.
