I use a Taylor 324ce in Koa - beautiful to play and to look at, but I don't want to be at the mercy of a badly set-up PA rig. This looked the business and 'It does what it says on the package' It's no-nonsense solid pedal - easy to use. The mute is useful AND it has a battery check facility. (I know it makes more sense to use a mains adaptor but this way you always have situation under your control) Highly recommended.
It brought real character to my acoustic pedalboard. If you are thinking of a pedal to add to your acoustic rig(Obviously after a tuner) - Then I can certainly recommend this wonderful piece of kit. It's multi-band compressor is good but it's saturation feature is sublime :-D.
The only reason why it's not in my current rig is because it unfortunately ended up getting stolen at a gig - alas these things happen - You should by this thing!
I think session, because of the saturation and the compresor feature on it. Venue has more, but for me, less usefull features and this saturation and compression is very good imo. I use for my piezo acoustic guitar magnet and although it doesn`t make it sing like a mic or mag mic it makes it much more pleasant! Cheers
