The title has it all. Really heavy and stable. I will be using it with my Shure Super 55 (Elvis mic) so I wanted the heavier base to avoid accidents. The nickel finish will add to the look I'm striving for. It looks really nice.
Wanted a mic stand with a retro look and that's what I got
Very stable due to the weight of the base, and has a small footprint onstage.
Easy to adjust even when singing/playing
Very Pleased...
Was not a good buy really went back to my old one. This snapped at the base in one gig was a bit peed off about it. Wouldn't get another. Maybe it was a shoddy one but put off for good.
Weight of the base is just right - not too heavy but so light that it won't be sturdy enough. I can see this stand lasting a lifetime even with some on stage acrobatics.
Best you can get for the price. For me the best mic stands are atlas, but they are of course quite pricey. I wouldnt consider anything else than K&M for mic stands of this budget.
Easy to use nice quality as you would expect from k&m gives a great look on the stage with chrome shining. You will find it hard to be able to knock it over as the base is nice and heavy!
