Audio outputs? lots of em
Midi Flexibility? tonnes of it
Powerful? Very
Super easy to use for beginners? No (but then again, anything powerful needs to be handled with expertise, understanding and experience for the power to truly shine)

Other solutions before it in this price range had tricky things like weird power supplies, or the lack of flexility.

I havent even stated one of the best things, I handles redundancy for ya :) no more having to buy 2 of everything :P

I originally wanted to purchase the Playaudio12 but since it has been discontinued I had to choose this 1U. Although it's a bit more expensive, I'm really happy with the 1U because it has midi capabilities (which means I didn't need a Mio XM) and it's rack mounted. It's a lot heavier than I anticipated so it loses a star for that, but it's been easy to set up and does exactly what i need it to do reliably. I highly recommend it!

Totaly fresh and new reincarnation of previous PlayAudio12 model. Great display, XLR sockets, new features. The new industry standard!!!
