Yes this Pickguard DOES fits on both Harley Benton ST vintage 62.
It matches mine. Pick up socket had to be widened just a tiny bit, but i prefer to receive a small socket that I can widen myself than a very lose one.
Quality wise I rather say that its exactly what you expect of it.
It does come with a protective film on top and shielding on the potis area.
I will give a 5 stars as it does what it should and Im happy about it.

I bought this pickguard as part of my project to install a set of single coils into in Affinity Stratocaster HSS. The original pickups were obviously built down to a price, although or more than acceptable quality. Being an HSS the existing pickguard would not accept three single coils, hence the new pickguard.
This HB item appears to be of 3 ply construction, the finish is impressively shiny and smooth, and all of the hardware mounting holes are cleanly and accurately drilled. The holes for mounting to the guitar body are also cleanly drilled and chamfered, but they did not quite line up with the holes from the factory pickguard on one side, so I had to fill the original holes and drill some new ones. This may be down to quality control at Squier, so I am not getting too excited about this one minor glitch.
Overall, well worth the modest cost. Now on the guitar with black pickups and controls it looks excellent. I would certainly recommend this product as an alternative to the Squier OEM pickguard.

It feels decent enough and not cheap. Some small scratches were noticeable underneath the protective cover, but nothing too bothersome. On the other hand, what really bummed me out, was the fact that it did NOT match the guitar I bought it for.
I had bought it for a Harley Benton ST-20 and the screw holes did not align.
I also tried to put it on a Harley Benton ST-62 and the screw holes did not align there either.

Fits fine on my Fender MIM 50s strat, all holes lined up. Looks great to me, much better than the original single-ply guard it came with. I can't see how a more expensive pickguard could have been any better. (I own a few Fender ones too...) The holes for the pickup screws and selector-switch screws are not counter-sunk so you might need to get different screws from your original.
