After looking for so many studio desks, I finally selected this and I'm really happy with the purchase. The desk has plenty of space and is 1.5m long. Is not too depth but offers a lot of space for placing keyboard laptops or other stuff on the working area. Rock solid and easy to assemble (less than 1h with help). I give only 4 stars on quality because of the keyboard tray. One of the rails came faulty, and thankfully Thomann send me a rails kit replacement really quickly (kudos for this!). In general the tray seems not very stable, which could be a problem if you put a heavy keyboard on it. In any case, I'm really satisfied with the purchase and I would buy it again without any doubt.

For construction of a small second studio away from our main large studio, we selected this desk as low priced solution for our needs. It is a flatpack product which can be assembled in around an hour. Several wooden dowels have to be glued into place meaning that any necessary disassembly and reassembly would be difficult as you would have to break the glued joints. When constructed, the unit appears to be fairly attractive but in use, it is somewhat flimsy. For the slide-out keyboard shelf, four heights are pre-drilled by the manufacturer for you to choose. We tried three different 88 note keyboards on the recommended second height setting and due to the rear cross member behind the shelf, none of the keyboards could be closed underneath the main table. We had to lower the shelf to the third setting which is slightly too low for comfortable playing. When playing the keyboard, there is no way to lock the slide out position meaning that the keyboard can move backwards and forwards. The two 19” rack spaces allow for 3 single units to be mounted on either side necessitating 4x6 bolts, so 24. Only 16 bolts are supplied and they are of a specific design so some units have to be supported with just two bolts instead of four. I imagine that one could buy 8 additional nuts and bolts but this is somewhat ridiculous cost cutting and is inconvenient for the user. I had actually ordered packets of additional nuts & bolts but they are the standard design and useless for this desk. The positioning of the nuts in the channel is very fiddly as they slide up and down too easily. Lastly, we have a 34” ultrawide monitor on the top shelf which moves slightly the whole time one is working due to the instability of the desk (which is not due to an uneven floor!) OK, it is low priced but these stability issues are very annoying, hence the star rating.

As expected and as shown on photos.
It takes a bit of labor to assemble it (which I personally do enjoy), but it can be done alone. While assembling, I do recommend to first dedice which height you want your pull out tray before sliding the tray into brackets.
Nice touch with the cable tray behind, so the cable mess is out of sight.
I am using two 24" monitors, and there is still room left on top shelve for two speakers.
It's very neat indeed.
