Why do all RCA cables feel so flimsy? Why can't they build RCA cables with the same solid feel as a good quality XLR/Jack cable?
I guess it's an ok cable but the XLR connectors feel a bit cheap and the cable itself is a bit thin. It just doesn't feel like a top quality cable. But I guess it's no worse than RCA cables from other manufacturers and it does work fine.
Recommended on the basis that there's nothing much better out there. At least not at a reasonable price.
I needed a good cable to link my mixer to my speakers going through my amp. I found this cable it has good quality connections with gold plated Stereo RCA one side and XLR on the other which is exactly what I was looking for. 6 parties in and its still working perfectly and that's after being walked all over etc. as you would expect with cables like this. Great buy and a good price.
The cable itself is well-constructed and exhibits solid build quality. However, I believe the durability of the cable ends could be improved. Over time, repeated bending may compromise their integrity, potentially affecting the sound quality transmitted through the cable.
