Better and lighter than the competition!

OK, there are not that many features, but the sound quality is excellent. I have compared this 4kg speaker to the much heavier Behringer PK108, Fun Generation PL108P, Fun Generation BP108A and The Box Pro Achat 104, and this has by far the best audio quality, with the Behringer PK108 coming second.

The maximum Audio level is about 100 dBA at 1 meter distance, measured with a proper sound pressure level meter, in the middle of my living room. The audio level drops to about 80 dB at a 5 meter distance.

The frequency response is excellent, and the bass is remarkably punchy for such a small loudspeaker.

I would give the audio quality 4.5, because the bass is slightly muddy at higher output levels, but the "peak" in the bass can be equalized away.

I will keep this speaker, and sell off the other 4.

Excellent little speaker

Superb speaker ideal for small pub/restaurant. Just installed in local pub for use at quiz nights and playing sound via sky/tv - football etc. Does the job fantastically well so very good value for money. Only annoyance was that the bracket was fixed and so you can't twist the speaker to angle it left and right but this is easily solved by adding a washed under the bracket base. Overall, very pleased and highly recommended.

Size can be deceiving

I use this item for small to medium room setup. Always satisfactory. Value for the money.

This is one of those items that you need to hear perform before you judge. I like how CE500A performs. This one has an added advantage of weight.

Living in other part of the country gave me an option to get the quality sound of CE500A in less shipping fee.

Will recommend always specially to those who are tight in budget. If value for the money is what you are looking for, this is one of the top choice.

no speaker stand holes. not a deal breaker but should have been an excellent added feature. Or at least make the brackets compatible to speaker stand.

This speaker is playing all day at a cafe shop and is value for money.Very good sound - quality made speaker. It is the best option at this cost.
