Great choice for practicing keys

I bought AKG K-92 to use when practicing/playing keyboard. My primary criteria were comfort, how well external noise is shut out and of course sound. The AKG K-92 have not disappointed.

They are very comfortable and I can wear them for a long time with no discomfort. As with all circumaural headsets they can get a little warm but no more than any other of the type.

External noise seems to be kept out very well, at least I have at no point noticed external noise when using the headset.

Sound quality is good - I do not really notice any difference between the headset and the keyboard's sound when playing via PA or similar.

All in all - at the price point, I cannot fault the AKG K-92 - but would definitely recommend and re-purchase if the situation arose.

Fine men kun til recording.

Er ikke fan af lyden. Det lyder lidt af en gammel radio. Jeg kan beskrive dem som mudret og uklar i fordelingen. Nu var jeg også så uheldig at jeg fik et par hvor det højre øre var ret svagt ift det venstre.

Hvis jeg skulle have noget med closeback, til lidt mixing og recording indefor prisklassen, ville det nok være nogle ATHM20s istedetfor.

God naturlig lyd på budget!

De her ørebøffer overraskede positivt.

- Behagelige at have på over længere tid.
- God naturlig lyd, langt over hvad man normalt finder i prisklassen.
- Lang ledning.

Jeg købte dem primært til at øve med, men nu bruger jeg dem til film, spil og andet. I perioder sover jeg endda med dem om natten! ;)

Great comfort - good sound - questionable build quality

I have used these for 3 months now, and I use them for playing/recording guitar on my pc using a focusrite Scarlett solo soundcard.
For comparison I have previously used "the t.bone HD 990D", which I can't wear for more than 1hr at a time, so the K-92 was a nice upgrade comfort-wise.

The K-92 is lacking some midtone and has too much high frequency, but I guess that's a personal preference.

The K-92 is light weight and the ear paddings are sufficiently large to encompass/cover my ears.

However they seem to be a bit too "plastic" and the cable is already starting to show some issues e.g. right side sound missing!

Great headphones with good frequency response

These do their job well. Flat frequency response for a good price. Can't go wrong with these if you are mixing with headphones. They are quite loud for your surroundings when you raise the volume, but that is really the only minor drawback.
